The Talon is a compact, semi-rigid, heavy duty ammunition wallet built for all your hunting adventures. Rather than compromising with a one-size-fits-all design, Blackfoot Designs offers four dedicated sizes to ensure a compact, properly-fitted wallet for a wide range of cartridges. Built from 1000 denier cordura, with high quality elastic and webbing. Soft open press studs give the Talon positive, tactile closure while flexible plastic inserts give it rigidity and defined shape,  also adding protection for your ammunition. When worn on your belt, to deploy, you simply slip your finger between the press studs on the flap, pull outwards and the wallet falls open, giving you immediate access to your spare ammunition when seconds count. If deploying in anticipation of imminent use, you can fold the top flap back towards yourself for even cleaner and faster access.

The Talon is intended to be carried on the person for additional ammunition whilst out hunting. As such, it comes with a belt loop attachment as standard. This is very flat and low profile, so the wallet can be slipped into a pocket or pack without snagging, and will accept up to 50mm belts. But you are not limited to this attachment. When ordered through the custom wallet listing, you can select either belt loop OR PALS/MOLLE webbing OR hook velcro backing on the wallet. This opens the wallet up to many different mounting applications. You can mount to any PALS/MOLLE webbing fields you may have, for instance on backpacks, bino harnesses etc, and the hook velcro option allows you to quickly attach and remove the wallet from any loop velcro lined packs and bags you may have.
