  • All orders are subject to availability. As most of our items are handmade to order, processing times may vary. You will be given a current approximate lead time at check out.

  • We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and colours accurately. However, as items are handmade, slight variations may occur.
  • Please ensure you double check your measurements and our size charts before selecting a size.
  • Sizing is approximate and may differ slightly.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our approved payment methods (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, credit/debit card, bank transfer).
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are correct.
  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • Any additional customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • As our products are handmade to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 60 days of delivery for a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
