SHIPPING POLICY – Blackfoot Designs

At Blackfoot Designs, most of our products are handmade to order. We are a one-man show and do our best to get your order to you quickly and safely.

Processing Times

Because most of our products are made by hand, please allow up to 3 weeks for production before shipping. Orders are often filled within the fortnight, but this is dependent on workload and other factors.
Products in stock on the shelf are shipped as soon as possible, ideally same day or next. If I am away from the studio and cant ship the product immediately I will contact you with an ETA on dispatch.
Processing times may vary depending on the product and order size. If there’s any delay, we’ll contact you.

We ship via Australia Post or Couriers Please (if required).
Estimated delivery times: 2-3 business days after dispatch, 1-2 business days if express post chosen.
Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

We ship to selected countries worldwide.
Delivery times vary by destination but usually take 2 weeks after dispatch.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions — details will be displayed on our website.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by Australia Post, couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control (e.g. natural events, strikes, or border closures).
We will always do our best to assist if your order is delayed in transit.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
